Greg Shannon Will be Our Speaker at the April 11, 2006 Meeting

The April meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at the Capri Hotel (5:30 cocktails, 6:00pm dinner).

Greg Shannon, a lawyer with Miller Thomson located in Calgary, will be presenting on Alberta Unlimited Liability Corporations (ULCs) and Cross-Border Opportunities. Greg is a lawyer in both Canada and in the United States and has practiced in the areas of taxation, business law, securities law and sports & entertainment law. Greg also practiced law in Kelowna from 1993 to 1997.
