Our Next Speaker is Professor Donovan Waters

The Kelowna Estate Planning Society is please that Donovan Waters, Professor Emeritus at the University of Victoria, author of The Law of Trusts in Canada, and an internationally recognized scholar on trusts, will be speaking to a joint meeting of the Kelowna Estate Planning Society and the Okanagan Wills and Trusts Subsection, Canadian Bar Association, B.C. Branch, on March 7, 2006, at the Coast Capri Hotel. Cocktails start at 5:30 pm and dinner is at 6:00 pm. His topic is "Joint Tenancy and Tenancy in Common - the advantages and the traps."
